1965 Impala Super Sport 409 2dr HT with 400 HP 409 built for 1965 car. Assembled December 1964, one of last 409 cars ever made. Build data: 1965 Super sport, 409, 4 speed, black Bucket seat interior, console, tachometer. Has sat without engine for decades.Frame was rusty***, needs all new floors including trunk. Original interior needs totally redone. Retains original 409 only Big Fuel Line with return Line as factory installed. A solid replacement frame is included. 1965 12 bolt rear end code DD 3.31 gear ratio dated November 27, 1964. 400 horse block, rods, 409 crank, 583 heads, big exhausts, aluminum intake, AFB carb. Big block bellhousing. 1965 Muncie 4 speed transmission to rebuild.
