Powered by a 409 cubic inch engine that is stroked and bored to 474 cubic inches and Dyno Tuned to 558 horse power with 577 foot pounds of Torque by renowned engine builder and racer Tom Boucher. The detailed engine compartment has a polished aluminum Champion 4 core radiator with a polished overflow container, Edelbrock Aluminum Performance Heads with matching intake dual 600 cfm carburetors with K&N air filters, the rotating assembly consists of steel forged Eagle Crank and I beam rods topped off with Ross pistons, ignition is supplied by MSD distributor and spark plug wires, Ceramic coated 2 1/2 inch Doug Thorley headers breathing thru Flowmaster mufflers and a set of stainless electronic cut outs. The dual disc Center Force clutch is protected by a Lakewood SFI Bell housing that's connected to a Tremec 5 speed transmission and a Moser rear end housing with a 4:11 Detroit Locker and 31 spline Strange axles all of which transfer all this huge power and torque to a 4 link suspension and a set of Art Morrison traction bars. To ensure stability there are QA-1 coil over shocks front and rear sitting on a fully boxed frame. In front the car rides on 15x7 OEM steel wheels with disc brakes and P225/70/R15 Cooper Cobra tires and rear 15x8 OEM steel wheels with P275/60/R15 Cooper Cobras with 11 inch drum brakes to complete this beautiful, powerful and safe ride.
